If you want people to buy from you, they have to trust you. Period. And when it comes to building trust at scale, there are only three things you need to focus on.
First, people need to be able to see you—consistently. Visibility matters. Whether it’s online or offline, if people don’t see you, they won’t think of you.
Second, people need to know you. And I don’t mean know your products. I mean know you. People don’t buy from logos. They buy from people. They buy from stories, values, and personalities they can relate to.
Third—and this is the part most people miss—people need to be able to learn from you. The moment someone learns something valuable from you, even before they’ve bought from you, a bond of trust is formed. We call this “trust transference.” Once people believe you can help them, they’re far more likely to spend money with you.
Automating trust at scale isn’t complicated. It’s just consistently showing up, being human, and leading with value.
